These were also assessed by different performance metrics.•Developed interactive dashboards with actionable insights for clients in the different industries such as hospitality, transpotation, health, etc using Microsoft Power BI thereby increasing profitability.• Developed Microsoft Excel Macros for repetitive tasks involving complex calculations using the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) programming language to enhance performance and increase productivity.
