   Created artifacts and PMO process templates geared towards the standardization and based on industry best practices tailored to Adtalem’s needs. Plan, direct, document, and execute project management activities for Adtalem, Manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously with over 20 resources remote and onsite for software, hardware as well as network/infrastructure implementations. Perform resource, risk/change, and budget/cost management, adhering to the established PMContact Center Program: Managed the migration of Adtalem’s call center from a Cisco platform to a cloud based provider that included over 1400 agents consisting of complex integrations and varying system configurations used by different institutions within the organization. This migration allowed for increased functionality that allows our colleagues to better support our global and diverse student community resulting in student engagement and increased enrollment.PII Data Masking & Encryption – Managed the deployment of encryption services on seven major databases heavily consisting of personally identifiable information with little to no impact to business processes resulting in achieving safe harbor and aligning with audit and regulatory government requirements and mitigating incidences of data hacking. Managed Print Services: Implemented an enterprise wide effort to cut annual print spend by almost a $1M through the deployment of a print management application, optimizing existing equipment for smarter and more efficient ones and replacing obsolete and out of warranty equipment with current and more user friendly equipment. This two year project was completed under budget, generated savings and delivered a month ahead of schedule.Storage Expansion (Hitachi): Managed large enterprise file share migration and Storage Expansion projects to relocate nationwide campus file shares to one centralized data center supported by Adtalem’s infrastructure team.
