Much like Elizabeth Taylor, I\'ve always admitted that I\'m ruled by my passions: people and complex problem solving.\"As a jack of all trades, Addy is currently an AV Project Manager at Encore Global. Addy’s supervision and management of events shine with her impeccable record over the last decade working with teams in event planning, marketing, project management, talent development, event activation, and broadcasting.Her competitive drive led her to excel throughout her education, finishing as salutatorian at Ed W. Clark High School and in the top 20% of her graduating class at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Addy received a BA in Psychology with an emphasis in medical studies. She also obtained a minor in Philosophy, and certificates in professional writing and behavioral neuroscience. In 2022, she received her MBA from Kogod School of Business at American University, with an emphasis in consulting and business analytics.Before entering the world of Esports, Addy was a management consultant who worked with various clientele including Harris-Stowe University, Edward Jones, and Luceque Global. Some of her professional accolades include improving Sophia M. Sach\'s Butterfly House\'s birthday program to increase sales and maximize profit by 124%, and creating the very first IT Professional Rotation Program at Cass Information Systems.Amidst her busy schedule, she found time to be on a retro game podcast, planning events like MO Game Con, and freelance as a broadcast technician for the likes of BBC, PBS, and HEC-TV.Her entrance to Esports felt like a match made in heaven as she combined her experience in video games, broadcast, and event planning to elevate Esports broadcast into what it is today. Although untraditional, she brings a network beyond just Esports as she still works as a consulting field marketing manager for F1, AWS, iHeart Radio, Redbull, and Stripe. Her passion for gaming motivates her to still be an active participant in the Esports world working on projects such as Dreamhack, TFT Vegas Open, Genesis, Combo Breaker and more.Today, she finds herself busy year round in Sin City responsible for various corporate portfolios. She worked on a total of $7.6M worth of projects across the Vegas market over the span of a single fiscal year. While busy with corporate AV, she still finds the time immersing herself in work such as F1 Las Vegas, EVO, Race to Worlds First and more to continue honing her skills, improving vendor relations, and bringing more skillsets to her workplaces.
