Attending multiple State Marching competitions, and becoming TCGC Silver Medalist with our Percussion are just a few of the highlights of this awesome experience. Recruit staff and percussion techs for the Lumberton High School Band percussion studio with a 100% success rate. Sourcing for tech and director staff roles for multiple candidates annually. High Volume Sourcing for over 150 students annually to recruit into the band organization. On-Site Interview for over 25 student leaders and techs annually as well as band staff for the Lumberton ISD band organization. Advance planning with flexibility to make real time changes during presentations to accommodate all participants and possible outcomes. Spearhead Lumberton Indoor Drumline organization. Recruiting multiple staff, and sourcing composers, artists, voice actors, drill writers, and clinicians.
