I’m a relationship-driven leader who believes business should leave people better — not just more profitable. I lead people, projects, and progress with integrity, clarity, and heart.As Regional Manager for McFarland Construction in Indianapolis, I bring over two decades of experience in sales, leadership, and operations, including nearly 10 years as CEO of a successful concrete company. I’ve led teams, built businesses, and stood shoulder-to-shoulder with community leaders to make a lasting impact.My approach is anchored in three values: Community. Commitment. Collaboration. Whether it’s building inclusive teams, supporting youth sports, serving on civic boards, or guiding multi-million-dollar construction projects, I’m here to serve and strengthen the city that raised me.One of the most powerful moments in my journey was when the call came in and someone said, “We have a task, and you’re the guy we want.” That feeling, to be trusted and wanted, drives how I show up every day: with purpose, humility, and a commitment to bring out the best in others.I believe in building longer tables, not higher walls.
