ABOUT ANDREW DAWSON

A mechanical designer and broader project focused mechanical engineering specialist, with a passion for people, innovation, and changing and understanding our world.I\'ve had the pleasure of contributing to a range of fields from Robotics (deep sea and factory automation), optical technologies, automotive and even some medical exposure. I\'ve enjoyed learning about the world of IoT devices and our ever expanding capabilities in manufacturing and defining the products of the future.Whether through leadership and engagement in my own communities and workplaces, or by the work of my own hands, I hope to inspire change and to motivate those around me to do their best work. Through honesty and direct, caring communication, so much can be achieved. With determination and trust, hard times or significant challenges can be worked through. My goal is to continue building upon myself and my placements, the groundwork for success. I strive to recognize and to validate requirements, timelines, people\'s efforts and people\'s smiles. For that is being a team member, a contributor and a member of a thriving, working society. Lead with conviction and lead with your heart. It may be just a job, or it may be everything I pour myself into. Perhaps it\'s a legacy, but in a very brief statement, that\'s a little bit about me.
