As a Talent Acquisition Manager for Assurance, I provide full life-cycle recruitment support and guidance to client groups, acting as the subject matter expert on matters regarding the recruitment process and candidate markets. In my role, I work with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, including planning and executing the recruitment process as well as deliver cost effective strategies that ensure we proactively identify and recruit top talent. I participate in or manage various recruitment projects to drive efficiencies and business results for the Firm as well as enhance our candidate’s experience.
