I\'m dedicated to the work of CWM workflow, where I take the lead in establishing best practices, optimizing processes, and rigorously examining current constructions. My daily tasks include finalizing performance reports and swiftly resolving exceptions. With expertise in outlier analysis and process enhancement within the performance and composite spaces, I also play a crucial role in cyclical reporting, issue resolution, and providing front-office support. Moreover, I actively contribute to business requirement development, testing, and documentation for the various strategic projects undertaken by PAG. Earlier in my career I worked as a Financial Analyst at Northern Trust, I am part of the Investment Risk and Analytical service department. I audit the portfolio\'s contribution and attribution performance for different asset classes. Alongside my team, I create comprehensive reports that enable investment managers to curate investment decisions based on the portfolio\'s past performance. We adhere to GIPS guidelines in presenting portfolio performance reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency. I have a BCom degree in Marketing from Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce, and a certification in Implementing Data Models and Reports with Microsoft SQL Server from Udemy. I have strong analytical skills, accounting knowledge, and Excel proficiency. I am a versatile and hard-working analyst who strives to increase the company\'s revenue and meet its critical deadlines.
