Head Information Technology Department reported to GM/CMD. The Responsibility includes the change in IT landscape to compete with new generation financial institutions by implementing software solutions, Identification of new Technological needs, requirement analysis, system design and implementation and continuous improvement. Preparation and enforcement of IT Policies, Preparation of SLAs, RFPs etc. The major initiatives:• Implementation of centralized Core Financial Solution ERP, a single solution which covers all activities of the corporation such as Loan management, Loan & Financial Accounting, HR & Payroll, Asset management, CRM, MIS etc. by connecting all branches, zones, hubs etc. centrally.• Implementation of Online loan application and its scrutiny management• Implementation of Customer portal and online payment gateway.• Implementation and Management of various software solutions like e-Sale, mGovernance, Field officer Diary, Link KYC/ institution etc. for the proper monitoring and smooth functioning of the organization.• Centralized Connectivity & Network Management: Implemented SWAN, and branch networking for connecting all the branches of KFC to connect centrally to the KFC Head Office.• Data Center and Disaster Recovery Management• Preparation and enforcement of IT policy, Business Continuity Plan & IT/System Audit policies • Corporate E-mail facility and other communication facilities to enhance the speed of communication and reduce stationary• Virtualization & Open source initiatives by replacing proprietary softwares.• Team management, Highly motivated team members with necessary delegation of powers.
