I am dedicated to bringing transformative change to the teaching and learning processes in early grade education, with a focus on improving foundational literacy and numeracy to enhance the student learning outcomes. As part of the Language and Learning Foundation (LLF), I work in close collaboration with the public education system in Chandauli district to support the effective implementation of the NIPUN Bharat Mission. My work involves strengthening classroom instruction, building teacher capacity, and institutionalizing academic support systems to foster sustainable and systemic change across schools.
