previously, I served as a Technical officer In the Shimoga milk union, A ground level of experience in the Dairy industry operations in processing, quality and engineering aspects of dairy plant, working at the ground level to improve the quality, minimize the production down time, reducing the use of resources for production (water and power), This factors helped me to get a in-hand experience in dairy plant operations,In the initial days of working, it boost my confidence level and Onsite decision making,As a Technical office role helped me to get the importance of resources used for the production and processing of milk and milk products,Now, As a business development executive in the Satol Chemicals Ltd, My core work involved in Developing the business, Technical proposal, Troubleshooting the things related to industrial cleaning and Sanitation, My previous work experience in managing the resources like Water, energy, time and labour management in production and its proper utilisation is the challenging task for the production team, So with Our speciality chemicals, we can reduce the usage of water, production downtime, chemicals usage and energy required for the processing, I am responsible for doing business in Karnataka and Technical support for TN, APIn my current role, I am working on Reducing the cost, time and most importantly water while performing CIP in food l/dairy industry,Ground water usage plays a crucial role in dairy plant operations, So optimising the usage of water for cleaning and Sanitation plays an important role, Optimizing the usage of water before and after cleaning and Sanitation in CIP, COP indirectly helps in reducing the carbon footprint, this factor helps in maintaining the global climate system and sustainability.
