Oversee quality assurance operations at JWL Solutions Pvt. Ltd, a third-party contract manufacturing unit (CMU) producing Vista-Fresh products.Ensure full compliance with Vista and customer-specific QA standards, including FSMS and regulatory requirements, through daily documentation checks and online QA monitoring.Conduct and review HACCP validations, SOPs, shelf-life studies, new product trials, and sensory evaluations.Monitor and verify microbiological analysis, cleaning and sanitization processes, and collaborate with the production team to ensure high-quality output.Coordinate and support customer and third-party audits at the JWL site, ensuring all Vista quality requirements are met.Manage customer complaints by leading root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Conduct regular training for QA and production staff to uphold GMP and GHK standards and minimize quality-related issues.
