I’m Adarsh, a civil engineer turned social entrepreneur who believes deeply in the power of volunteering and youth leadership to create a better world.Over the last 15+ years of volunteering - and 6+ years of leading impact-driven projects - I’ve dedicated my journey to building stronger, more sustainable communities.Currently, I serve as the Chief Operating Officer at Captains Social Foundation, where we empower young people and volunteers to lead community development, climate action, and education initiatives. I also work as a CSR project implementation lead for Way For Life. Field project coordinator in Pragathi Mithra project that focuses on health, road safety, livelihood, and environmental sustainability.My work revolves around one belief - that when people come together with purpose, small actions can transform societies.
