Well versed with the ecosystem of working with the PE backed companies, the operating partners and the Board and setup of the cadence of operating governance with the required delegation and controls- Work streams included raising equity and debt, acquisition and divestiture of companies, and creating industrial strength operating, HR, financial, and MIS systems and processes covering the entire spectrum of the business- All businesses I have worked been global from their inception, and therefore have a good understanding of the practices in various countries and the cross-border complexities of running a global business- Implemented data-driven innovation that delivered increased operational and financial efficiency by defining KPI’s, scorecards and implementing ERP systems (Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics AX and Navision, Deltek Costpoint and Net Suite, Sales Force etc.) and aligning people, technology and processes to support and grow the business. Proud to have mentored and built the team of Leaders who think and act as \'Mini CFO\'s\'. Collaboratively worked with the CEO and the management team in spearheading the revenue growth and achieving strategic objectives. Currently the CFO of 1 Kosmos Previously the CFO at AMI, Simeio Solutions, Headstrong, AIM Software, Trigyn, and HCL America.Earned an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Commerce and a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Also participated in the executive management development program at Xavier Labor Relations Institute (XLRI) in India.
