This helps identify the right candidates with the minimalist approach by scanning the resume, scheduling interviews, and conduct automated screening. Developed a project management tool for a client in the construction sector that tracks projects which reduced a lot of manual effort. Project Dashboard generated through Power BI helped them to analyze each project. Exploring different technologies excite me and I always try to use the technology used to solve real world problems. Certain skills which I have worked with include Data Structure and Algorithm(Python), Web development(React.js, Node.js,Django), Data Analyst(Power BI, Tableau, pandas). My knowledge of agile development methodologies makes me adaptable and responsive to changing project needs. Outside Tech, I am fond of cricket and have represented the district team in U19 Level.
