Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization-Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the required skills and experience-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers-Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sources to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates-Develop and maintain metrics to track recruitment performance, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and applicant conversion rates, and use data to identify areas for improvement-Participate in employer branding initiatives, including representing the company at career fairs, industry events, and other recruitment activities-Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment, including EEOC guidelines and other labor laws-Coach and mentor recruiters and hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and provide guidance on talent acquisition strategies-Manage the recruitment budget and make recommendations for investments in recruitment tools, technology, and processes.
