Data Analyst-Software Engineer | Business Analyst | Project Management I am a results-driven professional with a strong background in data analysis, software engineering, and business analysis. With a passion for leveraging data-driven insights to optimize processes and drive business growth, I have consistently delivered impactful solutions throughout my career.Currently, I am serving as a Data Analyst-Software Engineer at Netlink Software Group America Inc, where I conduct in-depth research, complete user stories initiated by Product Management, and create agile design documents and test cases. I played a pivotal role in piloting the transition from Waterfall to Agile methodology using JIRA Agile, resulting in increased productivity and efficiency. Additionally, I utilize Python libraries such as Pandas and Numpy to analyze large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and driving informed decision-making.Previously, as a Senior Executive Business Analyst at MIT World Peace University, I worked closely with cross-functional teams to create and publish metric dashboards and reports using tools like PowerBI and Tableau.
