I’m a UX Design Leader passionate about shaping meaningful digital experiences across complex enterprise ecosystems. My work focuses on transforming business vision and user insights into scalable, human-centered design solutions. At IBM, I design user-centric experiences for enterprise platforms and tools, ensuring usability, quality execution, and brand consistency. I leverage research, usability testing, and data insights to improve product engagement and usability. My design process includes creating wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD. I actively facilitate Enterprise Design Thinking workshops, aligning cross-functional teams around user needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility. By collaborating closely with stakeholders and engineering teams, I help define product scope, guide design strategy, and support front-end implementation using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. My work also extends into immersive technologies, where I design XR (AR/VR) and 3D experiences that enable interactive environments and storytelling. I enjoy exploring how emerging technologies can enhance product experiences and create new possibilities for users. Beyond project work, I mentor designers, advocate design thinking practices, and foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. I’m driven by the opportunity to build products that are intuitive, impactful, and scalable for the future.
