ABOUT ADARSH CHANDRAN
I am a Geotechnical Engineer with onshore and offshore experience across renewables, energy and infrastructure projects. My background includes CPT/SCPT acquisition and processing, BS 5930 soil and rock logging, drilling QC, laboratory testing validation (UUT, Atterberg limits, index tests), LPA and dissipation testing, as well as producing high-quality Volume 1 factual reports and AGS data. I have delivered safe and efficient offshore operations, vessel mobilisations, real-time data QA and coordinated with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high technical standards on complex projects.Alongside field expertise, I have strong analytical capability through advanced in-situ testing experience such as pressuremeter, SBPM, HPD and hydraulic fracture testing. I am now developing geotechnical design skills including Plaxis 2D/3D modelling, advanced CPT interpretation and integrated ground modelling, with the aim of progressing into a well-rounded consultancy-focused geotechnical role. I value teamwork, clear communication and continuous improvement, and I am driven to contribute to high-quality ground investigation and geotechnical design projects across the UK.
