Responsible for- Delivering productivity target set prior to year start- Partnering with finance and functional teams to review quarterly financial metrics on performance to senior leadership team- Investigating areas of productivity with PMs and functional leaders to understand key drivers and what lessons learnt to gain from both- Managing budget to deliver initiative program identified year prior- Structuring product cost landscape, prioritising areas of improvement, tracking implementation impact and owning the PCC to share with senior leadership team- Working cross functionally to deliver initiatives from inception to implementing into control mechanisms, own costing tools to ensure continual accuracy- Developing target / plan for following year and obtaining inputs to plan based on latest S & OP- Analysing and resolve problems, lead programs and projects and in turn document, plan, market, and execute programs
