Assist the president in the performance of the President\'s duties and shall succeed to those powers and duties in the absence or disability of the President. Responsible for understanding the governing documents of the fraternity and ensuring strict chapter adherence. Tasked with reviewing chapter bylaws and punctually revising them when inconsistencies, failures, or loopholes are identified. Responsible for the operations of the chapter, including committee management, and communication between all officers and members. Oversee all administrative tasks such as member attendance, room reservation, preparing agendas and notes as needed. Contact faculty advisors about room reservations and invite them to our national meetings.
