Adam advises UK and overseas employers on a range of employment and business immigration issues and is invested in understanding his client\'s needs over the long term.His experience includes advising employers on the strategy for executive dismissals, board disputes and disputes with current and former employees, including senior executive issues and whistleblowing. Adam runs litigation in the Employment Tribunal and High Court and creates team move strategies. In addition, Adam leads teams supporting employers carrying out change programmes and advising on the employment aspects of corporate and commercial transactions, including TUPE and redundancy exercises.
