About Adam Winstead

I\'ve taken an unconventional approach to Human Resources by way of marketing, branding and account management. I loved marketing and account management because it meant I got to work with smart people doing great work. But I also realized that with any organization with which I worked, I also was very intrigued by how the business worked and how the talent and skill-set of their people solve their issues. I combined that interest with a big heart, lots of empathy and a desire to build something great and jumped into Human Resources with both feet. I\'m highly passionate about investing in managers because the results are compounded. By pouring my experience and time into a Manager, I can improve the lives of every person that individual connects with. I absolutely love solving human problems. Working with an employee to overcome an obstacle blocking them from success, investing in someone who wants to change careers and are terrified if they have the skill-set to flourish, mediating complex relational challenges and more! I believe that organizations can be both caring and compassionate while also be driven by high-performance. You don\'t have to sacrifice one for the other. In fact, that\'s a killer combo.
