I lead the UK & I Sales team for NICE. I take pride in building longstanding relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues working with them to adopt innovative technologies that support vision and growth aspirations.I believe the customer journey should begin with an understanding of the client’s current environment and the challenges they face, so we can recommend solutions that improve the everyday and help them realise the potential of the future. I\'m committed to our customers, the development of my team and supporting NICE in developing our strategy as a leading provider.Outside of work I pursue a lot of activities which include; skiing during the winter, wakeboarding, cricket, Crossfit and marathon running. I have recently managed successful property redevelopments within the last few years and travelling across parts of Europe and the far east.
