Responsible for delivering education and awareness across all areas of the business. • Design schemes of work and session plans for all information security awareness training.• Regularly update the CISO and GFO on areas of concern/threat around the business.• Design learning materials to meet industry best practice and meet the needs of the ISMS.• Facilitate and track all delivery sessions across the business and regularly measure engagement.• Design, distribute and manage awareness material such as posters, wallpapers and on-screen awareness for all business areas.• Design story boards for the eLearning team to build online information security courses.• Responsible to the set up and security of mobile devices (including MFA) for members of the Executive Board and Non-Executive Directors. • Support the information security team in BAU matters such as UAM authorisations, monitoring the emails boxes and dealing with support requests from the business.• The creating, deployment and measure of social engineering tests and phishing simulations across all areas of the business.• Monitor tools such as Digital Shadow and Confense to recognise threat to the business and act upon them
ABOUT ADAM WHITE
I am a qualified trainer and assessor and have been overseeing education and awareness for all subjects relating to information security since June 2015 at Saga Group PLC. Within my role I support the staff and customers in matters of IT security best practice and policy. Following a 20-year career in the music industry, I started teaching music technology in 2006 and soon discovered a passion for training. In 2010, I expanded my knowledge of IT business and in 2012, began teaching and assessing BTEC Level 3 qualifications in ICT. Through years of working in a very competitive industry I have learnt that planning, preparation and precision are key elements to a successful and profitable outcome.
