Closely monitor all live shot activity for shows, pre-tapes and live guest transmissions. Establish and notify production personnel regarding problems, resolution status, progress and production technical issue reports. Route control room monitor feeds and communication assignments to better facilitate production needs and operational workflows. Support the studio and control room environments while overseeing thier transmission workflows.Institute and cultivate a prominent and proactive control room & studio presence for maintaining smooth and thorough technical operations. Craft Production Technical Reports elucidating assignment details, technical anomalies, actions taken, and recommendations for follow up. Coordinate with Production & Guest Booking personnel in preparing live shot transmissions for air and in studio appearance needs. Work closely with Engineering in pointing out technical needs related to all NewsNation control room and studio facilities.
