I’ve been with On Event Production Co for over a decade, and in that time, I’ve gone from wrapping cables to running the company. Since becoming Managing Director in January 2021, I’ve had the privilege of leading an incredible team through some of our most exciting growth, delivering ambitious live, hybrid and virtual events across the UK and beyond.My roots are firmly in production - I started out driving vans and learning technical delivery firsthand. That hands-on experience still shapes how I work today: I understand what it takes to bring an event to life from the ground up, and I never ask more of my team than I’d be willing to do myself.What drives me now is helping others shine - our clients, our team, and our suppliers.
