I analyze the metrics to create security-based profiles on Dell Technologies customers, products, services, and security domains. I transitioned the team\'s previous request intake tool (RSAM) successfully and ahead of schedule to JIRA. I now support JIRA operationally and develop all updates requested, with an average completion of less than 4 hours.
