Passionate about problem-solving and delivering optimal cost-benefit solutions, I excel in dynamic environments that demand analytical thinking, adaptability, and commercial acumen. My expertise spans procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier management, with a deep understanding of business operations and global markets. I began my career as a Procurement Manager in a multinational mining company, where I spent nearly five years optimizing sourcing strategies and managing supplier relationships. After that, I took a year-long sabbatical, traveling to 30 countries—an experience that broadened my global perspective, strengthened my cross-cultural collaboration skills, and reinforced my adaptability in unfamiliar environments. Currently, I am a Manager at Optis Consulting, a Source-to-Pay advisory firm, specializing in procurement transformation, procurement structure analysis, and end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementations. I have extensive expertise with leading procurement solutions, including SAP Ariba and Coupa, helping organizations streamline processes and maximize efficiency. I hold an MBA from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University, further deepening my expertise in organizational analysis, strategic workforce management, and sustainability.
