Seth is the Founder and former CEO of Letterpress Graphics, Inc, a graphic finishing company serving the print and marketing communications community of North Texas. A garage shop Seth founded in 1989 now employs over 70 craftsmen/women and operates in three plants in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX under new ownership. Warner’s Way, named for Seth’s mother, was formed in 2001 as a Texas commercial real estate holding company that ultimately grew to follow his passion for historic preservation and mixed/adaptive re-use urban development, both in Texas and now Seth’s native.New York State. His New York firm, Warner’s Way Real Property Services, LLC, is a New York State licensed real estate broker, specializing in Property Management and Mixed-use Development. In Tompkins County, Seth served two terms on the Board of Directors of the Downtown Ithaca Alliance and digital journalism publication the Ithaca Voice, where he served as Treasurer. In the real estate development realm, Seth’s an active Member of the Urban Land Institute, Preservation League of New York State, and New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR).
