About Adam S.

With my Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana and a Master of Business Administration from Illinois State University, I am now using this education to further my experiences and make an impact by working for CliftonLarsonAllen. In addition to my education, I was also a student-athlete. As a student-athlete, participating as a member of the Illinois and Illinois State football teams, I learned to take on new leadership roles both on and off the field, as well as the importance of hard work.Through my leadership roles, I strive to help others become the best versions of themselves while bettering myself in the process. I have come to understand that the needs and ideas of others around me are important. My role as a leader shows in many aspects of my life and throughout my experiences, but none more so than those of being a student-athlete. As a student athlete, I was given a unique outlook on the importance of hard work and leadership in times of success and difficulties. In addition to these skills, I have been fortunate to make time for the community. Working with kids in the Tom Jones Challenger League and visiting children at Carle Hospital each year has allowed me to share my time with others in the hopes of bettering the community. These experiences have also given me the opportunity to bring joy to those around me.As a graduate from the Gies College of Business with my Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Illinois State University with my Masters of Business Administration, as well as a former member of the Illinois and Illinois State Football teams, I have been afforded many opportunities and obtained many skills that have helped me grow into the individual that I am today. I look to continue the growth and use of these skills in the business world while using my degree to the greatest of its potential while making a difference in the lives and world around me for the better.
