Adam possesses an intimate knowledge and understanding of Chicago’s retail communities including the Gold Coast, Lincoln Park, Bucktown and Wicker Park. Significant landlord representations include The Elysian Hotel, Hines, Campus Acquisitions, Newcastle Limited, Glazier Corporation, CRM Properties, L&B Realty, Krenger Development, Repak Development and Golub & Company. He is responsible representing Landlords for flagship Gold Coast stores for Marc Jacobs, Saint Laurent, BHLDN, Brioni, Madewell, Warby Parker, Vans and Away Travel. Adam is past vice-chairman of the Chicago Association of Realtors’ Commercial Forum committee and is a member of ICSC where he sits on the Illinois ICSC State Committee. Previously, he served as co-chairman of the Chicago’s Next Generation committee. Adam earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin.
