I have a BA in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Maine. I also spent a semester abroad at the American University in Bulgaria, where I participated in a rigorous mathematics program.At my latest job Finch, I was a foundational developer on a lean team that built a complex scoring algorithm that leverages machine learning, computer vision, and natural language processing. I also built infrastructure surrounding our insight platform, conducted statistical analyses on our heterogeneous data, and engineered a robust API for efficient model inference. I am passionate about using data science to solve real-world problems and create positive social change.
