Our team of experts from a wide range of disciplines allow us to push boundaries and constantly evolve our technology to best support the fast-changing digital fundraising space. As Chief Payments Officer, I\'m responsible for a wide range of items at Donr. From CX team leadership and procedural work, Mobile Network Operator Payment products, integrations and supplier relationships to our HR portfolio, underlying Security, Compliance requirements and Infrastructure.I\'m also a Member of the Board at Donr Group; helping to grow and direct the business as part of this fantastic team.

I’ve always been drawn to solving the toughest puzzles in business. In my world, the fast-paced UK Payments and Telecoms sectors, that puzzle is how to achieve rapid growth while earning rock-solid trust from customers, partners, and a whole spectrum of regulators.As Chief Platform & Compliance Officer, I solve this puzzle from two sides. The \"Platform\" side is about ensuring the technology our customers rely on is secure, scalable, and resilient. This means leading our entire AWS infrastructure, our ISO 27001 security framework, and the teams that support it.The \"Compliance\" side is about ensuring we operate with complete integrity, meeting the high standards of six key UK regulators, including the ICO, Ofcom, and the UK Gambling Commission - building that trust for our customers and partners alike.My role brings these two worlds together, guiding the company through C-Level roles and into my current position at Donr Group. I lead not just governance, but the technology it governs.I believe good leadership can make a difference anywhere. That\'s why I also serve as Vice-Chair of Governors for a local primary school, helping guide it through a successful turnaround.Whether in a tech company or a school, my goal is the same: to help build resilient, responsible organisations.
