Purple Cow Real Estate acquires distressed properties in Northeast PA and renovates them and returns them to productive use, mainly as rentals. We are proud of our attractive, safe and comfortable properties.There is huge opportunity at present in the real estate market in Northeastern PA. Distressed property is plentiful. Houses here start at extremely reasonable prices and the rental market is very strong due to people leaving the high rent areas of New Jersey, New York and Philadelphia for a lower cost of living. To date, we have rehabbed and rented over 25 units, including both single and multi-family properties. All are producing excellent positive cash flow and have been greatly improved in value. We welcome interest from potential partners.
