As the theater manager, it is my responsibility to work directly with both the internal and external clients of the IKEA Performing Arts Center. Scheduling, contracting, and coordinating the required staff for their use of the space. I also manage the day-to-day operations including maintenance and up-keep of the space including inspections, repair and space improvements as needed. Including, identifying and hiring new technical staff for all areas of theater operation and approving and administering payroll responsibilities for the staff.
