Reporting to AeroCloud’s COO and working closely with leaders across all business functions I am accountable for the engagement, growth and retention of our customers. My role focusses on taking AeroCloud’s short and long term growth plans and translating these into customer success strategies and processes that deliver the right business outcomes for both AeroCloud and our customers.
