ABOUT ADAM REAN BOHLEN

With 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, I specialize in helping advisors achieve meaningful growth through guidance, accountability, and strategic execution. As Managing Director of Business Consulting at Financial Resources Group, I lead our Independent Advisor Business Consulting team, where our mission is to simplify the complexities of owning an advisor business while managing a strong client base. I’m passionate about preparing advisors for tomorrow’s challenges and helping them build scalable, efficient, and client-focused businesses. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with several large firms including Wells Fargo, Osaic Wealth, and LPL Financial home office. My experience has allowed be to be a pivotal force to roles across business development, advisory consulting, and project/product management.Before my career in financial services, I proudly served 8 years in the Marine Corps and earned meritorious Sergeant for my leadership during Operation Iraqi Freedom including a Presidential Unit Citation. When I\'m not helping advisors, I am heavily engaged in volunteering, mentoring a little brother, William, for 9 years with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and fostering rescue animals to find forever homes.
