ABOUT ADAM PAUL
Adam is currently the President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Trustees of First Capital REIT. Prior to joining First Capital in February 2015, Adam was at Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust (CREIT)(now Choice Properties REIT) for ten years. In his most recent role, he held the position of Executive Vice President, Investments and Leasing where he had direct responsibility for CREIT’s real estate investment activities (including acquisitions, dispositions, mezzanine lending and development investments). He also had responsibilities related to CREIT’s leasing program and played an active role in investor relations, capital raising and various other aspects of CREIT’s business across Canada. Prior to CREIT, Adam spent four years with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he became a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant.
