Review students’ work on a regular basis with a view on how it would fit into an industry-ready portfolio. Be available for 1-to-1 messaging to help prepare students’ entry into the industry, and troubleshoot any problems that a student may have regarding an assignment. Suggest supplemental learning materials and personal insights in areas where students are struggling. Responsible for responding to students and grading submissions in a timely manner. Provide vital feedback on assignments through written reviews guided by the course curriculum and rubrics. Support and encourage students when they are struggling to understand certain development topics.
