Adam is a Vice President leading Ashford’s Products and Services division focusing on Portfolio Management & Corporate Development across all of Ashford\'s hospitality-focused portfolio companies. Adam has grown to be a leader within the Portfolio Management team, and interacts with Ashford executives as well as portfolio company executives on a daily basis serving as a trusted advisor to the company. He leads a team of 6 people.Prior to Ashford, Adam was a Manager in AEG Vision’s Mergers & Acquisitions Integration team. While in this role, Adam provided technical expertise working cross functionally on finance and accounting issues relating to AEG Vision’s acquisitions supporting over 70 acquisitions in his tenure. Adam managed and supported many aspects of AEG Vision’s processes for M&A and special projects, with a focus on technical accounting, integration, and the related processes to ensure the seamless close, accounting, and integration of transactions as well as leading the effort to spin off a portion of the platform.Prior to AEG, Adam spent 3 years at Deloitte within their M&A consulting practice. Additionally, Adam serves as the CFO for the largest youth volleyball training organization in Memphis, TN offering year round training to over 450 athletes. In addition to offering best in class volleyball training and coaching, the company hosts some of the delta regions largest competitive tournaments.Adam is a CPA licensed in TexasAdam is also a CFA Level II candidate
