My name is Adam Cohen and I\'m a marketing executive, team and business leader with 16+ years of experience in Digital Performance Marketing and a Subject Matter Expert in Direct Response Paid Social and Marketing Strategy. As the SVP at adMixt and Employee #1 I have spent the last 12 years focused on building, training and mentoring one of the best multinational Marketing teams in the industry. My team and I specialize in holistic Marketing strategies, execution, and analysis of paid Digital campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients in various verticals, such as Health & Beauty, Fashion & Apparel, Home Services, iGaming and live events. During my time at adMixt I managed or oversaw the management of over $800m in Ad Spend across multiple networks including Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, Snap, X, Bing and Reddit. My mission is to deliver measurable results, data transparency, and creative solutions for our clients, while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within our agency. I believe in positive reinforcement, turning issues into teachable moments and removing stigma around asking questions or asking for help. A well supported, motivated and happy team will produce the highest quality outcomes. One of my accomplishments I\'m most proud of is our Employee Retention, which currently sits at about 4 years on average, this is very rare for agencies in general, but especially in our Industry. Providing consistent mentoring, training and facilitating career advancement opportunties, along with our business culture has helped improved employee confidence across the team, and led to improved performance for our clients.
