   Key initiatives- Insourced the Talent Acquisition function from RPO vendor and continue to increase hiring volumes year over year including 14% and 12% the last 2 years respectively- Insourced the Health Plans (Insurance) servicing from Oscar Health- Insourced and re-designed Internal Mobility program that resulted in a 12% point increase in 2 years- Completed RFP for EOR (Employer of Record) to enable out of state hiring- Completed RFP for complete suite of products including CRM, Candidate Experience, Recruitment Marketing, Virtual Event Platform, Applicant Tracking System, and Onboarding- Operationalized internal team to hire EPIC and Tapestry implementation team for Inpatient, Ancillary and Rev Cycle- Named HR Executive Liaison to the Community Health Services Executive Leadership Team which includes CEO, COO, CFO, and VPs of Medical Group, Home Care, Hospice, Private Duty, Oncology, Medical Specialties and Provider Services.
