17-19 Rochester Row, Westminster (Project value: £28.5m)Description:This high-end cut and carve brings to life the sustainable potential of this 1980’s office building, with a new reception and street frontage, an extension of bay windows from the upper floors to the ground storey, and a rooftop pavilion with a connected stair and lift core. Featuring sq. ft of office space, this project is to achieve BREEAM Outstanding, NABERS 5*, WELL Platinum, and EPC A. It is also a case study for the new UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard.
