I also teach graduate-level courses on leadership at UCLA, serve on the board of UCLA’s Master of Applied Statistics & Data Science program, develop corporate learning content used by executives around the world, and advise companies and leaders.My writing has been published in major media outlets, including Forbes, Inc, and HuffPost, where I have authored more than 70 articles on leadership and business. I have founded and led businesses across a wide range of industries and have led hundreds of people along the way.Earlier in my career, I worked for D.E. Shaw & Co, the largest hedge fund in the world at the time; for Credit Suisse, then a Fortune Global 150 company; in the strategic planning groups at William Morris Endeavor and Universal Pictures; at TWC Sports Management, a leading sports agency; and on a successful presidential primary campaign.I’m a Los Angeles native, a USC (undergrad) and UCLA (MBA) alum, and a long-suffering Angels fan.
