   As Director of HR & Impact at Revant, I lead all facets of our People function while spearheading a company-wide strategy to measure and amplify our impact on both people and the planet. My role spans the full spectrum of HR (talent acquisition, performance, compliance, total rewards, systems, engagement, and L&D) with a clear focus on aligning our people practices to business strategy and long-term mission.In parallel, I’m designing Revant’s first integrated Impact program, which connects sustainability, equity, and community engagement with operational excellence. This includes publishing our annual Impact Report, driving accountability through key metrics, and fostering a culture that prioritizes values-led leadership, inclusion, and environmental responsibility.
