About Adam Mattis

As Head of Business Architecture and Modernization, I lead the strategic evolution of how a high-growth technology consulting firm delivers, scales, and modernizes. I drive GTM strategy, the evolution of the consulting business, and design the frameworks we use to diagnose and serve clients in the pursuit of their business outcomes. As Chairman of The Mattis Foundation (MattisFoundation.org), I honor my fallen teammate CPT Kevin \"KJ\" Smith through the KJ Smith Memorial Scholarship, disaster relief, and community programs built around honor, resilience, and service.
