Chartered Power Systems Engineer, project manager and Team Leader with experience in leading power systems studies teams to complete technical analysis aiding the energy transition. Experienced in performing power systems analysis studies for a range of transmission, distribution and generation clients using PSS/E, DIgSILENT and IPSA.Responsible for resourcing, recruitment, client management and developing teams internally and externally including delivery of power systems training courses covering power systems and analysis for load flow, fault level, dynamic and transient stability, harmonics and protection covering electrical theory and practical analysis using IPSA.Technical knowledge includes load flow studies, G5/5 harmonic analysis, P28 studies (flicker and voltage step), short-circuit calculations, dynamic studies, including G99, fault ride through, and protection grading. Experience working on various generation projects (including gas turbine, wind turbine, PV and Battery systems) ensuring that G99 and Grid code standards are met.
