ABOUT ADAM LY
Adam Ly, OT Reg.(Ont.) is an award winning Registered Occupational Therapist practicing in London, Ontario, Canada. With over 9 years of clinical experience and professional training, he has blended the art and science of occupational therapy, cognitive rehabilitation, and psychotherapy. He specializes in helping adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), late-diagnosis autism, concussion/brain injury, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, adjustment disorder, and those experiencing mild-moderate cognitive impairments due to various conditions such as post-cancer or long-covid. He also specializes in return-to-work and physician health. He is an adjunct lecturer at the University of Toronto in the Occupational Science & Occupational Therapy department, Adjunct Clinical Professor and preceptor at Western University, a workshop instructor through the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT), and a trainer and mentor at CBI Health. He has been published in Occupational Therapy Now, Attention Magazine, the Canadian Journal of Physician Leadership, and The Toronto Star. He has been a conference speaker at the American Psychiatry Association (APA), Ontario Family Medicine Summit, Canadian Health and Life Insurance Association (CHLIA), and Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (CHADD).
