   As the manager of the Technical Specialist team within Technical Support at Hyland, I\'m responsible for overseeing the teams workload and growing the individual on the team into the future. The Technical Specialist team is a group of the most seasoned highly technical support analysts who deal with the most complex OnBase issues. The goal of the team is to deflect as many technical issues from needing R&D engagement, allowing the product organization to focus on development of the software, by providing assistant to the Technical Support department on customer issues. Management of the workload to the team is one aspect of the role, while being a liaison for the team to the rest of the department and throughout the organization is another.
